The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following relief:- "i. Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to make fair investigation of First Information Report dated 12.11.2025 lodged in Case Crime No. 246 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S. and Sections 3(1)(d), 3(1)(dh), 3(2) (V) of SC/ST Act, 1989 (Amendment 2015), Police Station Gujaini, District Kanpur Nagar and further Respondents No. 1 to 3 may be directed to take action according to law against the Respondents No. 4 to 6 pursuant to above noted First Information Report dated 12.11.2025 (incident dated 12.07.2025), in the interest of justice. ii. Or to pass such other and further suitable order or direction whi
