The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents, particularly respondent no.3- Station House Officer, Police Station Holagarh, District Allahabad to conduct and conclude the fair investigation in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 07.05.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0096 of 2025, under Sections 76, 351(2) of B.N.S., 2023, Sections 7/8 of POCSO Act and Section 67a of I.T. Act, 2008, Police Station Holagarh, District Ganga Nagar (Commissionerate Prayagraj) within stipulated period from the command of this Hon'ble Court (Annexure No.1 to the writ petition). (ii) Issue any other order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit
