The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following reliefs:- "(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent nos.2 and 3 for fair and speedy investigation of Case Crime No. 0640 of 2025, under Sections 305(a), 351(3) of B.N.S. and Section 66D of Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008, Police Station Noida Sector- 39, District Commissionerate Gautam Budh Nagar and also to conclude the investigation within stipulated period so that it would reach to its logical end.
