The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following relief: "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 2 to conclude the fair and speedy investigation of Case Crime No. 533 of 2025, under Sections 103(1) of BNS, Police Station- Shahi, District- Bareilly by their subordinate competent Investigating Officer as early as possible. (b) Issue any other and further writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case.
