The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following relief: "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to conclude the fair and impartial investigation within stipulated period according with law in Case Crime No. 700 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 351(2), 352, 333 of BNS, Police Station- Cantt., District- Varuna Commissionerate, Varuna, as well as taken action against the respondent nos. 4 to 10 in the interest of justice during the pendency of writ petition. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to transfer the investigation to other investigating officer or agency to fair and impartial investigation. (iii) issue any suitable writ,
