Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos.2 and 3 to conduct fair and impartial investigation with respect to the F.I.R. dated 18.11.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0168 of 2025, under Sections 80(2), 85 of BNS and Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Dhata, District Fatehpur. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to ensure the protection of Fundamental Right of the petitioner under Article 21 of the Constitution of India. (iii) Issue any other writ, order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
