The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos.2 and 3 to conclude the investigation at the earliest by way of recovery of both the licensed arms of the petitioner, or transfer the investigation to some other competent agency in F.I.R. dated 24.12.2020 as Case Crime No. 510 of 2020, under Sections 345, 346, 347, 348, 419, 420, 467, 468, 384, 471, 323, 504, 506 of IPC, Police Station Kotwali Padrauna, District Kushinagar. (ii) Issue any other writ, order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
