At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that certain sections has been substituted during the course of investigation. 3. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioners has made a statement at the Bar that he does not want to press this writ petition and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to file fresh petition with better particulars. 4. Learned AGA for the State has no objection to the aforesaid prayer. 5. In view of the statement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 6.
