The instant writ petition seeks quashing of the FIR dated 1.1.2026 giving rise to Case Crime No. 0001 of 2026, under Sections 2/3 of The U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Kotwali, District Meerut. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is wholly innocent and falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. 4.
