The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following reliefs :- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents/competent authorities no.2 and 3 to conduct the proper and fair investigation in Case Crime No. 129 of 2025, under Sections 303(2), 351(2), 352 of B.N.S., Police Station- Nagina, District- Bijnor (old sections 379, 506, 504 I.P.C.) and arrest the respondent no. 4 to 6. II. Issue any other suitable writ, order or direction, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case. III. Award costs of the petition in favour of the petitioners." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the first informant in the p
