At the very outset, learned A.G.A. has pointed out that in the instant case during the course of investigation, certain sections under B.N.S. have further been added. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid fact and states that he does not want to press the writ petition and seeks to withdraw it with a liberty to file afresh with better particulars. 4. In view of the statement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 5. Certified copy of the F.I.R. be returned back as per rules.
