Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. has pointed out that in the instant case during the course of investigation, Section 103(1) B.N.S. has been substituted by Section 108 B.N.S. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid fact and states that he does not want to press the writ petition and seeks to withdraw it with a liberty to file afresh with better particulars. 4.
