Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State, Sri Triloki Nath, learned counsel for the respondent no. 4 and perused the record. 2. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. has pointed out that during the course of investigation, Section 65(1) and 64(2) B.N.S. and POCSO Act have been added. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid fact and states that he does not want to press the writ petition and seeks to withdraw it with a liberty to file afresh with better particulars. 4.
