Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State, Shri Gaurav Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent no.4 and perused the record. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that in the instant case, investigation has already been concluded and the charge- sheet has also been submitted against the petitioner and as such, he does not intend to further press this writ petition and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to approach the appropriate forum at appropriate stage. 4. Learned A.G.A. as well as learned counsel for the respondent no.4 is having no objection. 5. In view of the statement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with
