Sri Mahendra Pratap Singh, Advocate, has made a statement at bar that he has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.4 in the registry of this Court on 02.02.2026, however, the same is not on record. 2. Office is directed to trace out the vakalatnama and place it on record. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State, Sri Mahendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.4 and perused the record. 4. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has made a statement at bar that he does not want to press this writ petition and seeks to withdraw it. 5. Learned AGA for the State as well as learned counsel for respondent no.4 have no objection to the aforesaid prayer. 6. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
