Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to transfer the investigation of Case Crime No. 98 of 2025 under Sections 87, 137(2), 65(1) of BNS & Sections 3/4 (2), 16/17 POCSO Act Police Station Iglas, District Aligarh to any other investigating officer, otherwise petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury. B. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no. 3 to conclude the investigation ofCase Crime No. 98 of 2025 under Sections 87, 137(2), 65(1) of BNS & Sections 3/4 (2), 16/17 POCSO Act Police Station Iglas, District Aligarh in fair manner within reasonable time as fixed by this
