The instant writ petition seeks quashing of the FIR dated 23.12.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No. 621 of 2025, under Sections 2/3 of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act,1986, Police Station- Phase-II, District- Gautam Budh Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that from the allegation made in the first information report, prima facie no offence, complained of, is disclosed against the petitioner. 4. Per contra, learned AGA has submitted that on the basis of two base cases under the N.D.P.S Act., the impugned FIR has been lodged against the petitioner and in both cases, the charge-sheet has been submitted and the petitioner is facing trial.
