The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following reliefs :- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 and 3 to ensure for fair and expeditious investigation in pursuance of First Information Report dated 14.12.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 435 of 2025, under Sections 87, 137(2) of B.N.S., Police Station- Kishni, District- Mainpuri in the supervision of this Hon'ble Court or any other competent court. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 and 3 for complete the investigation and arrest the accused person within stipulated time period fixed by this Hon'ble Court. (iii) Issue any othe
