The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following relief:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to conduct fair and impartial investigation of case crime no. 371 of 2025, U/s 103(1), 238(a) B.N.S., Police Station-Shivli, District Kanpur Dehat, through some independent agency investigating like C.B.C.I.D/Vigilance or any other independent agency and forthwith the investigation may be completed by it within some specific time period fix by this Hon'ble Court. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent nos. 2 and 3 to arrest respondent nos. 4 to 12 in the above noted case crime no. 371 of 2025, U/s 103(1), 238(a) B.N.S., Police Station-Shivli
