Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to ensure a fair, impartial and expeditious investigation pursuant to the First Information Report dated 26.7.2025, registered as Case Crime No. 0502 of 2025, under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 351(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, Police Station Kankarkheda, District- Meerut, and to submit the police report within a time bound manner and comply the order dated 29.8.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 17961 of 2025 (Nishant Bhardwaj and 2 others Vs. State of U.P. and 3 others). II. Issue a writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper
