Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 (Superintendent of Police, Hathras) to decide the representation dated 07.01.2026 (Annexure No.5). B. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to direct the respondent nos.2 and 3 to conduct the fair and proper investigation in the matter and submit the police report as soon as possible in pursuance of First Information Report dated 24.09.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 416 of 2025, under Sections 303(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station- Sikandra Rao, District- Hathras.
