The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following reliefs :- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.3 to direct the concerned officials to delete the name of the petitioner from the history sheet stated to have maintained at the respondent no. 3 and further be pleased to direct the respondent no. 3 to pass the appropriate order on the representation dated 04.11.2025 made by the petitioner pending before him by reasoned and speaking order within a stipulated period contained as Annexure No. 2.
