The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the Respondent nos. 2 and 3 to carry out fair investigation and take appropriate action against the accused/respondent no. 4 to 7 in Case Crime No. 0380 of 2025, under Sections 105, 352, 351(2) of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 3(2)(V) and 3(1)(Da) of SC/ST Act, Police Station- Roora, District- Kanpur Dehat forthwith. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 to immediate arrest the accused/respondent no. 4 to 7 in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 11.12.2025 being Case Crime No. 0380 of 2025, under Sections 105, 352, 351(2) of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 3
