At the very outset, learned AGA has pointed out that investigation in the instant case has already been concluded and final report has been forwarded in favour of the petitioner on 14.1.2026. 3. Per contra, learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid fact but states that he does not want to press this petition and seeks to withdraw it. 4.
