Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State, Shri Saumitra Dwivedi, Advocate holding brief of Shri Prateek Rai, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 and perused the record. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 has pointed out that during investigation in the instant case, Section 103 of B.N.S. has also been added. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid facts and states that he does not want to press the writ petition and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to file fresh petition with better particulars. 4. In view of the statement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 5. Certified copy of the documents, if any, be returned back as per rules.
