Aman Khan, learned counsel for respondent no.4 and perused the record. 2. At the very outset, Md. Aman Khan, learned counsel for respondent no.4 has pointed out that in the instant case, investigation has already been concluded and the charge-sheet has also been submitted. 3. Per contra, learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid facts but has submitted that he does not want to press this writ petition and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to approach the appropriate forum at appropriate stage. 4. Learned AGA for the State as well as learned counsel for respondent no.4 have no objection to the aforesaid prayer. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. February 6, 202
