Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents no. 2, 3 and 4 to ensure fair and transparent investigation in Case Crime No. 0293 of 2025, under Section 103(1) of BNS, Police Station- Kotwali Doghat, District-Baghpat dated 8.11.2025 and submit its report in accordance with law within specific period (Annexure No.1 to the writ petition). B. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents no. 2 to ensure fair and transparent enquiry/investigation through higher agency of State or by S.I.T. in Case Crime No. 0293 of 2025, under Section 103(1) of BNS, Police Station-Kotwali Doghat, District-Baghpat dated 8.11.2025
