Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ram Awadh Yadav, the learned A.G.A. for the State, Sri Kuldeep Tripathi learned counsel for the informant, and perused the entire material available on record. 2. The applicant-Ramawadh Yadav has filed the instant bail application with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Crime No.136 of 2025, under Section 65(1) of B.N.S., and Section 3/4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station Ali Nagar, District Chandauli during the pendency of the trial. 3. The prosecution story in brief is that on 30.04.2025 there was a marriage in the family of one Daya Krishna. The informant's daughter was going to attend the same on the way, the applicant had enticed her away and had taken her towards the pond, where he committed wrong with her. On alarm, one Sudhanshu Mishra and Subash had caught the applicant while committing wrong with the victim. 4
