Bail Application No.3168 of 2024 (Rajnish @ Rajni and another Vs. State of U.P.) has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 02.12.2024. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is the Jeth of the deceased. Learned counsel further submits that by the efflux of time, trial began and during the trial, the statement of P.W.1, P.W. 2, P.W.3 have been recorded recorded and they have not supported the prosecution version, rather they have stated that the deceased was caught fire, while she was cooking meal copy of their statements are annexed as Annexure-SA1 to the supplementary affi
