Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant and perused the material brought on record. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the F.I.R. along with three other accused. The applicant is Jeth of the victim. In the F.I.R. the victim alleges that her marriage was solemnized with the named accused-Shyam Singh. At the time of marriage sufficient amount of dowry was given but her in-laws were not satisfied with the same and they used to cause mental harassment and cruelty to her on account of non fulfillment of additional demand of dowry. On 16.06.2025 all the accused including the applicant had assaulted her with knife and danda. The victim had also made allegation aga
