Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the victim is major aged about 19 years and that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 183 of B.N.S.S. has specifically stated that she was in relationship with the applicant for the last six months but when her father caught her, she stopped talking with the applicant. She has further stated that the applicant had called her at shamble, where he made pressure to make physical relations with her, thereafter had committed wrong with her and also prepared a video. He further submits that no video has been recovered and therefore the ingredients of Section 67-A of I.T. Act is not attracted in the present case.
