Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the FIR was lodged by the informant with the allegation that applicant had enticed away her minor daughter aged about 17 year. In her statements recorded under Sections 180 & 183 BNSS the victim states that on the date of occurrence she left her house and met with the applicant, who took her to Bihar, where they solemnized marriage and lived as husband and wife and physical relations had also been established between them and she wants to live with the applicant.
