Short counter affidavit filed on behalf of informant is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as Shri Vipul Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the informant and perused the material brought on record. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the informant submits that the matter has been settled between the parties and a notary affidavit has also been executed in this regard, which is annexed as Annexure-S.C.A.1 to the short counter affidavit filed today. In the said notary affidavit the informant states that he had implicated the applicant falsely. In fact no such incident took place. The applicant has not committed such offence with his minor daughter (victim) and he does not want to proceed further with the present proceeding initiated against the applicant. 4.
