Short counter affidavit filed on behalf of informant is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as Shri Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel for the informant and perused the material brought on record. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the informant while drawing attention of the Court to para-2 of the short counter affidavit filed today, submits that informant has accepted the marriage of victim with the applicant and there is no objection on behalf of informant if the applicant is enlarged on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant, thus, submits that since the applicant and the victim had already solemnized marriage with each other, the informant has also accepted the said marriage and the applicant and his family members are also ready to keep her as legally wedded wife of the applicant, therefore, he may be enlarg
