Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the F.I.R. which was lodged by the husband of the victim stating therein that when his wife was alone in the house the applicant came there and started molesting her with bad intention, when his wife opposed the applicant while extending threats had also abused her. In her statement recorded under Section 180 BNSS the victim states that when she was going to agricultural field the applicant met her in the way and had molested her with bad intention, whereas, in her statement recorded under Section 183 BNSS the victim states that on the date of occurrence when she was alone in her house the applicant and committed wrong with her and he wants to establish sexual relation with her against her
