This is the second bail application moved on behalf of applicant. His first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 27.01.2026 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 25270 of 2025. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that though the victim in her statements 180 & 183 BNSS has made specific allegation against the applicant for committing her rape, but at the trial the victim (P.W.1) in her testimony has not made any allegation of rape against the applicant and she has not supported the prosecution case, which statement has been filed as Annexure-11 to the affidavit filed in support of the bail application.
