Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is named in the F.I.R. In the F.I.R. the informant alleges that on 17.10.2025 at about 10:30 hours in the night the applicant took her daughter to Hotel Subharti to celebrate her birthday, where he served her cold drink on account of which she became unconscious, thereafter, he committed her rape, when her daughter opposed he threatened her make viral video of such incident which he has made. As per the victim she is 21 years of age. In her medical examination no external or internal injury was found on the person of the victim, her hymen was old torn and healed. Learned counsel further submits that though the victim in her statements has supported the prosecution case, but as per her statements she went with the app
