Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that though in the F.I.R. as well as in her statements recorded under Section 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. the victim has alleged on account of some dispute arose with her husband she used to live in her parental house, where her friendship developed with the applicant, who used to establish sexual relations with her for two years on false promise of marriage and now he has refused to marry her. Learned counsel further submits that the victim is a married and major woman aged about 19 years.
