Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the F.I.R. the victim alleges that when she was sleeping in her room the applicant entered into her house and caught her and when she made noise he fled away. In her statement recorded under Section 180 BNSS the victim has reiterated the version of F.I.R. making allegation that applicant had caught her, whereas, in her statement recorded under Section 183 BNSS she made allegation of touching her body. In her medical examination two external injuries were found on the person of the victim. There are material contradictions in the statements of the victim recorded under Sections 180 & 183 BNSS. Thus, it has been argued that it is a false case of implication and the applicant has been implicated in the case with false
