Heard Ms. Nandini, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as Shri Rakesh Tripathi-I, learned counsel for the informant and perused the material brought on record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is named in the F.I.R. along with two other accused. As per F.I.R. the applicant had made video clip of informant's wife while she was taking bath and in the garb of making such video viral he used to blackmail her to establish sexual relations with him, on 06.09.2025 the applicant entered into the house of informant and started committing obscene activity with the informant's wife and fled away while extending threats.
