Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the F.I.R. with the allegation that applicant had enticed away younger daughter of the informant. When the victim was recovered her statements under Sections 180 & 183 BNSS were recorded wherein she states that on the date of occurrence she went with the applicant and his brother, they took her to Muraina where she resided in the house of their aunt, thereafter, they took her to Etah, Mainpuri, thereafter, applicant took her to Agra, where he established sexual relations with her against her wishes.
