Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the F.I.R. the victim, who is a married woman, has alleged that the applicant used to come her house to teach her children from more than three years, one day when she was alone in her house and was taking bath the applicant made video of that moment, thereafter, by extending threats to make such video viral he used to blackmail her and pressurized her to establish sexual relation with him or to give him money, on which she accepted his words and had given more than five to six lakh rupees to him and when she refused to give money anymore he extended threats to make such video viral, thus, in the F.I.R. there is no allegation of rape.
