Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the F.I.R. along with three other accused persons. In the F.I.R. the victim alleges that on 31.05.2025 at about 10:00 hours in the night when she was sleeping alone in her house the applicant knocked the door of the house when she opened the door the applicant entered in her house and after closing the door of the room he started obscene activity with her and when she opposed he while gauging her mouth extended threats and assaulted her on account of which she sustained injuries on her back.
