Court No. - 65 HON'BLE DR. GAUTAM CHOWDHARY, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the victim is a married lady aged about 38 years and is mother of three children, whereas the applicant is aged about 24 years.He further submits that though the victim has levelled allegations against the applicant but the medical report does not corroborate with the prosecution version. Apart from the same, learned counsel has also argued that it has been alleged by the victim that the applicant had raped her on gun point, however no gun has been recovered either from the possession of the applicant or on the pointing of the applicant.
