Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the FIR was lodged by the informant with the allegation that applicant had enticed away her minor daughter aged about 16 years. In her statements recorded under Sections 180 & 183 BNSS the victim states that on the date of occurrence she went with the applicant on her own and solemnized marriage in a temple, thereafter, they both went to Gurgaon, they lived as husband and wife and physical relations were established between them on her own consent.
