Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant and perused the material brought on record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the F.I.R. was lodged in unknown with regarding to went missing of the informant's minor daughter aged about 16 years. The victim in her statement recorded under Sections 180 & 183 BNSS states that on the date of occurrence she went on her own with the applicant, she loves her, they solemnized marriage in Delhi, thus, she has not made any allegation of rape against the applicant. The victim has denied for her internal medical examination. As per her high school marksheet she was 16 years of age.
