Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Santosh Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the informant, learned A.G.A for the State and peruse d the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that by the efflux of time, the deponent has talked the applicant with regard to solemnisation of his marriage with the victim and that the applicant has stated to her that he is her husband and the victim is pregnant. Learned counsel further contended that the applicant and the victim family including the victim are ready for solemnisation of marriage. He has also stated that the informant wants to withdraw the case against the applicant because the daughter of the informant is pregnant and applicant is the husband of the daughter of informant, which averments has also been stated in paragraph no.19 of the affidavit accompanying the bail application.
