Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ajay Kumar Maurya, learned counsel for the informant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that in the year 2023, the victim went away with the applicant wherein the age of the victim was alleged as 15 years in that case, the applicant has been enlarged on bail, copy of the bail order dated 10.11.2023 is annexed as Annexure-8 to the affidavit accompanying the bail application. Learned counsel further argued that now the victim again gone with the applicant on account of which F.I.R., has been lodged of the instant case has been lodged wherein the age of the victim has again described as 15 years.
