In the F.I.R. the informant alleges that when her daughter aged about 19 years went to cut woods then the applicant while making obscene activity tried to drag her in his house. In her statement recorded under Section 180 BNSS the victim states that on the date of occurrence when she was going to cut woods the applicant called her to his shop and after disrobing her he molested her. In her statement recorded under Section 183 BNSS the victim states that applicant had called and took her in the D.J. shop and committed her rape.
