Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and peruse d the record. 2. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that the victim is major and she has stated in her statement under Section 183 of B.N.S.S., that the applicant took her to meet her mother and that the applicant had established physical relations, whereas the victim in her statement recorded under Section 180 of B.N.S.S., has stated totally different version. It is thus contended that contradictory statements have been given by the victim which itself falsifies the allegations levelled against the applicant.
